We continuously measure Customer Satisfaction for 30+ clients and we run the only Net Promoter(TM) benchmark in the new homes market.
Recent market research work has included feedback on new branding, member feedback for a trade association, a survey of eating and health for a major brand and insights research for a major B2B supplier.
Whilst we bring passion to our market research, we also bring a little science as well. Good research is about planning and design, populations, samples and sample sizes.
