Our Bureau Scanning facility provides a document scanning and data capture service located on our own premises. We collect paperwork from clients, scan and index in our bureau and return on CD or DVD or can FTP data direct to client server. We can handle large volumes of documents such as archive collections and a wide range of document types, for example, invoices, project files, medical records, HR records, photographs, drawings. We also offer an ‘on site’ scanning service for documents which cannot be released from client site.

We also operate a Physical Storage and Retrieval service whereby we store boxes of paperwork in our humidity controlled warehouse on both a short and long term basis.

Information Consultancy is another important area and we can offer advice and guidance on all aspects of information management.
