Using our advanced store and retrieve facilities, we can eliminate your paper mountain and return your documents on ready-to-use CD or DVD. We can also provide you with immediate on-line access to your documents via our Merlin scan-to-web facility.
Whereas many of our competitors offer only disk-based solutions, where it is only economic to scan in large batches, we can take small quantities, even on a daily basis and offer near real-time solutions. This opens a whole new vista on business process improvement, e.g. PoD retrieval in credit control or purchase invoice authorisation, even over multiple sites or home-workers.
