access law was established in 2005 by three family lawyers committed to providing a good value legal service to all members of the community.

All three partners have considerable local experience in their respective fields and are accredited specialists with the Law Society Family Law, Children & Mental Health Review Tribunal Panels and with Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association).

Our areas of expertise include all aspects of Family Law including private children matters such as contact and residence disputes, divorce and domestic violence, injunctions, complex financial disputes and international child abduction.

We also conduct all aspects of domestic conveyancing, Mental Health Review Tribunals, Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, Change of Name Deeds, Debt cases, housing and landlord disputes and Welfare Benefits advice.
