The business was established by Steve Jones in 2005 to provide an independent commercial finance broking service. Prior to this Steve enjoyed a banking career of over 31 years most of which was spent working with small businesses.

The service is now very personal and only a select number of clients are taken on at any one time to ensure that standards of service are not compromised.
Over the last few years relationships have been established with all of the well know high street lenders and some other less well known specialist lenders. This means that if a deal can be done, then SLJ Commercial Finance can find a home for it.
All types of business from all sectors catered for, including property development, leisure, offices, factories, care homes etc. Purchases or refinance deals.Owner occupied or investment properties.
I am also able to produce a fully documented Business Plan ifthat is what is required to achieve a successful result.
