The transcription is undertaken by UK-based secretaries, normally working from their home offices across the UK, and most are experienced legal secretaries. All are native English speakers. At present the company can draw on the services of 20 transcribers as well as having a secondary bank of secretaries to use for particularly large or urgent orders, and we are able to take on a significant amount of work as a result.

We provide all our transcripts by email return in Microsoft Word format, although we can return transcriptions on CD.
