Euro Business Management Ltd (EBM) is a London-based management consultancy. We particularly address the needs of Corporate Sustainability, best known as Corporate Sustainable Development (CSD). However, our focus is primarily, on sustainability of a company’s economic growth, rather than the sustainability of the world’s resources.

Our key objective is to assist our clients ion transforming their business in such a way that it delivers in along-term better than average return with lower than average risk.

Recognizing the limitations of existing business management concepts in that area, we developed in mid 90’ SYMBIOSA Balanced Company Management- our own approach for managing a company in a more balanced and sustainable way.

The SYMBIOSA concepts are put into practice through a series of about 20 integrated services, which are specifically related to sustainable development, such as Corporate Sustainability Diagnostics or our SYMBIOSA Scorecard - (extended, stakeholder-focused version of a classic Balanced Scorecard). All of these services can also be applied for a more standard business transformation, providing customers with additional advanced features, which increase the benefits of the launched projects.
