Among the most popular of our programmes is the BILD accredited MAPA (Management of Actual or Potential Aggression) model of physical intervention training developed by Positive Options Ltd. This training is suitable for adult and children's services, in the education, social care and health sectors.

Other training programmes include 'Recording Skills'; 'Working with Challenging Behaviour'; 'Managing residential childcare'; 'An introduction to the National Minimum Standards' and 'Dealing with Stress'.
