Based in Camden (North West London) Capscan is one of the founding members of the Scandex Group of Companies. Capscan was incorporated in 1969 and originally provided a commercial document scanning service for the major banks and utilities. Address management products and postcoding services were developed later in response to customer demands and gradually eclipsed the scanning and data capture operation.
