Materials include macor, shapal, alumina,aluminium nitride, boron nitride, pyrolytic boron nitride, pyrolytic graphite. All can be supplied as raw material or machined components.
Ceramisis supplies the MiniLab multi technique Thin film deposition system which can incorporate sputtering, e beam, thermal evaporation and ion etch techniques. The system has a front loading box chamber, is very versatile and ideally suited for R and D or pilot production.
Our state of the art machine shop specialises in producing components for Ultra High Vacuum applications including; UHV chambers, hot stages, cold stages, shutters, vacuum manipulators, z shifts, feed throughs, in vacuum cables, vacuum heaters, halogen heaters, resistance elements. We also produce clean environments including the patented Cleantent Inflatable clean room as well as conventional clean rooms, clean room furniture, wet and dry benches, air showers, laminar flow hoods, hepa filter systems and clean room equipment.
