* New product evaluation - a service to help clients decide on the most suitable software system for their business. We take account of the EDOs, ease/cost of subsequent modifications and costs of ownership.

* The complete build of a new application. This includes the design and build of the software itself, data conversion (from other systems) and installation.
* Production of User Documentation.
* Amending or enhancing an existing client system.
* Project Management
* Co-ordinating and managing the selection, pricing, purchase and installation of hardware and/or software of HIT’s own solutions and/or other vendors’ solutions.
