ASET offers numerous learning programs in various sectors including building and construction,health and social care,public services,retail,hospitality and catering,security and more.
ASET has active partnerships with Sector Skills Councils to develop qualifications to deliver Sector Skills Strategies. Major companies including Boots and Rolls Royce use ASET accreditation to add value to their training and development programmes. ASET plays an active role in QCA and LSC projects and committees and is an active member of the Federation of Awarding Bodies (FAB).
ASET Qualifications meet the needs of many large employee groups and offer high levels of flexibility for work based delivery.
ASET currently has a substantial portfolio of national Qualifications ranging from entry level and Basic Skills to level 4 on the National Qualifications Framework. ASET Qualifications are written by ASET for its licensed centres to deliver and ASET tests the achievements of learners on its qualifications through assessments (tests) or moderation.ASET qualifications are accredited by the Qualifications Curriculum Authority (England), the Welsh Assembly Government (in Wales) and by Council for the Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment (in Northern Ireland). Some ASET Qualifications are approved by the Scottish Qualifications Authority and ASET is a recognised Awarding Body in Scotland.
ASET has a growing number of NVQs in retail and health and social care.
