Rock Laptops DirectX 10

Rock was amongst the first to offer Direct X 10 laptops. The Xtreme 770 has been eagerly waited for since its announcement several weeks ago. It’s first in Europe to feature the latest 8700M GT graphics from NVIDIA fully support DirectX 10. The machine can also be configured with the excellent performance of the 7950 GTX Geforce Go as featured in the Xtreme CTX Pro. In fact the 770 is a direct relation to the CTX Pro, being a refresh for the Intel Santa Rosa platform and new chassis design.

The Pegasus 670 launched a higher wattage NVIDIA 8600M GT graphics card, rather than the industry standard 16W part. This gives rock a performance gain over the majority of competition. The Pegasus 670 is an Intel Santa Rose refresh replacing the Pegasus 665.
