Euroffice customers can return items via the website with no hassle 30 day credit accounts available 'My Past Purchases': A shopping tool which allows customers to view all euroffice products that customers have purchased in the past. Customers can add items directly to their basket from 'My Past Purchases'. This is a great tool for quickly finding their usual products.

• 'My Printers': Allows customers to save all the details of their machine. Customers can also add their own description i.e. "Printer at Reception" for quick reference. Set it up once and customers will never have to look through the site to find the compatible cartridges again! 'My Printers' will show customers the correct ones every time!

• Saved Lists: This feature allows customers to create their own lists and update them. When browsing, customers can add products to their lists by using the blue 'Add to List' button.
